Delivery terms

Freely delivered to the dealer's permanent address.
For deliveries outside the retailer's permanent address, a fee of NOK 1,000 net will be added to orders under NOK 20,000 net. Orders under NOK 6,000 net will be charged a shipping surcharge of NOK 500 net.

Helland credit insures all receivables through Euler Hermes Norge/Allianz Trade. If a customer does not meet the requirements of our third-party credit insurer, a bank guarantee must be provided or the order must be paid in advance in full before delivery from our factory.

Transport damage

When receiving goods, any discrepancies must always be noted on the consignment note. Failure to provide a discrepancy note will result in the complaint not being accepted. The recipient must immediately notify Helland Møbler of any discrepancies.
Order number, photo and documentation are required. Non-visible damage (on packaging) must be reported no later than 7 days after receipt to helland@helland.no

Additional costs related to transport damage are not reimbursed by Helland Møbler.

Warranty

There is a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects on all models, a 5-year warranty on electrical components and gas pumps. *Does not apply to textiles. Here, the textile supplier is responsible for the warranty.
