Jarle Slyngstad

Born in New York City and raised in a family of architects, Oliver developed an early love for wood as his main material. Oliver trained as a carpenter and later as an architect. Through his design studio in Düsseldorf, he has worked for well-known national and international companies since the 1990s. His clear design combined with traditional craftsmanship creates durable and timeless furniture. Oliver has received numerous awards, including the Interior Innovation Award, the Reddot Design Award, the Good Design Award and a Design Council recommendation.

Fredrik Torsteinsen

Fredrik Torsteinsen is part of the Torsteinsen Design trio. Torsteinsen Design has more than 60 years of design experience in furniture design, product and textile design. The team consists of husband and wife Fredrik and Solveig Torsteinsen and Vidar Øverby. Inspired by the functional yet organic forms of the Scandinavian design tradition, they strive to create beautiful and functional products. Torsteinsen Design has received a number of awards, including 8 awards for outstanding design from the Norwegian Design Council.

Nina Jobs started her design business in 2000. Over time, she has created a company that has become a platform for a wide range of work covering product design, artistic direction, and visual presentation.

About Stina Sandwall

Stina Sandwall grew up in a village outside Värnamo in Småland, but now lives in Stockholm. She is a graduate of Beckmans Design College. Stina has received attention for her products in both Swedish and international press and has been awarded prizes for her designs.

Hans Brattrud

Hans Bratterud was educated at the Norwegian School of Crafts and Art (1952-1957). He decided to become a designer at the age of 12. After graduating, he ran an architectural office alone and with partners. His school assignment was the Scandia chair – now produced by Fjordfiesta. In 1958, he made the Comet chair for us. Upon request, the Comet was put into production again in 2014.

Tom has worked with several Danish and international companies and is known for exclusive design and good quality. The product range extends from furniture to the contract market, private apartments, retail concepts, lighting, installations and art.

Sigurd Resell

Sigurd Resell was one of the country's most stylistic designers in the 1950s and 1960s. Resell trained as a carpenter and later studied at the Wood Department at the Norwegian School of Handicrafts and Art and Design from 1943 to 1947. After his studies, he worked at Rastad and Relling Design Office and designed some of the most stylistic furniture of the post-war period. He has also designed several commercial pieces of furniture such as the Blinken dining chair (1956) and chairs in the Bambi series (1955). In 1960, Resell designed the Addi chair for Helland Lenestolfabrikk. In 1970, Resell designed the Blankvals chair, later known as Falcon.
